About The Position

You will own Proax's research-stage and brand surface across YouTube, video, blog, and social media. • Experience with AI video tools such as HeyGen, Hyperframes, and Remotion.
  • Ability to take raw recordings and produce publishable videos.
  • Strong written communication skills for blog articles, video scripts, social copy, and briefs, with an emphasis on clear, engineer-friendly language.
  • Fluency with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and similar for daily workflow as force-multipliers.
  • Comfortable interviewing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information for content.
  • Understanding of the difference between marketing-speak and engaging content for social media.
  • Ability to act as a self-starter, prioritize tasks without close supervision, and push back when necessary.
  • Willingness to upload a cover letter containing only the word 'sensor'.

Nice To Haves

  • Industrial, automation, or technical background, or a genuine curiosity about how products work.
  • French proficiency.
  • Comfortable being on camera.
  • Skills in photography or motion graphics.

Responsibilities

  • Grow Proax's YouTube presence for research-stage buyers by planning, scripting (with SME input), shooting, editing, and publishing content.
  • Produce and edit videos including product overviews, application examples, selection guides, and manufacturer spotlights.
  • Create engineer-first blog content such as application notes, selection guides, retrofit paths, and comparison pieces.
  • Distribute content on social media platforms where buyers are actively engaged, prioritizing quality and relevance over volume.
  • Film and edit short internal training videos for sales, operations, and marketing teams to accelerate adoption of new tools, workflows, and product knowledge.
  • Film and edit ad spots for new product launches or paid campaigns as needed.
  • Create dedicated landing pages for key campaigns, product launches, or video-driven promotions.
