About The Position

Southern Oregon Sanitation, in Grants Pass, OR is looking for a Part-Time Container Washer to join the team in Grants Pass, OR! This is a part-time position with up to 24 hours per week, offering a flexible schedule Monday through Saturday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. The role involves power washing, repairing, and assembling trash bins and containers, maintaining an organized yard, inventory tracking, and performing manual labor such as paper picking to keep the yard clean and presentable. The position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must pass pre-employment 5-panel Drug Screen & Background Check
• Have reliable transportation
• Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules
• Ability to promote the Company’s safety standards
• Ability to work with a sense of honesty, integrity and trustworthiness
• Ability to safely operate a power washer and other hand tools as required
• Ability to adhere to work schedule communicated and agreed upon

Nice To Haves

• Driver’s License preferred, but not required
