This position is the first level of management within the Contact Center. It directs the daily workflow of an assigned unit of between 10-15 employees and exercises supervisory authority over staff responsible for executing a specific component of the work of the unit. The role requires meeting and maintaining registration requirements under the Federal SAFE Act and promoting an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand. The supervisor must maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points and issues raised by external regulators. This role also involves understanding and adhering to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls, and identifying risk-related issues needing escalation to management. Other related duties as assigned.
