About The Position

First Capital Federal Credit Union is seeking full-time Contact Center Specialists to join their growing team. This role is ideal for service-oriented, energetic individuals looking to work in a respected, community-based financial institution. Contact Center Specialists will provide exceptional service and answer questions related to products and services through phone, chat, email, and text. Requirements

  • High School or Equivalent
  • Incredible customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to navigate/operate a PC in a Windows-based system and apps, with ease
  • Able to professionally communicate with members via phone, chat, email, and text
  • Six months of similar service experience or Financial Institution experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus
