About The Position

Join us and help customers stay safe and informed. You’ll be the voice, assisting with recalls, warranties, and troubleshooting while delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • Call center or customer service experience.
  • Strong computer navigation skills (multiple screens/software).
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM minimum.
  • Team player with good decision-making skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive/dealership experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle 30–40 inbound calls per shift with professionalism.
  • Schedule airbag recall appointments and provide dealership info.
  • Answer questions on warranties, recalls, and radio code issues.
  • Document cases accurately and resolve or escalate as needed.
  • Collaborate with teammates and consistently meet performance goals.
