Contact Center Representative
About The Position
Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is seeking an experienced Contact Center Representative to join their team. This role serves as the liaison between the company and its current and potential customers. The representative will be part of a team of inside sales representatives responsible for positioning Verizon Wireless products, services, and solutions to business and consumer customers through outbound calling efforts. This includes setting appointments for Verizon customers at retail locations by driving marketing and promotional campaigns. The position is full-time and remote, with an initial two-week training period at a local Your Wireless Verizon store. The schedule is Monday-Friday, with compensation of $17-19 per hour plus commission, and no cold calling is involved.
Requirements
- At least a High School degree or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years experience in a call center or tele sales environment.
- At least two (2) years customer service experience, preferably in telecommunications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Handle high volume of outbound and inbound calls to/from Verizon customers.
- Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups and sales promotions.
- Assist customers with product information and purchasing decisions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and SMS messages.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the sales team.
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
