About The Position

Service Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Representative (CCR) who will provide account-related services to members located throughout the world. The CCR handles all inbound contact with clients, received via phone, chat, e-mail and video channels, related to Member Service inquiries and transactions.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to recognize and resolve member issues promptly, using courtesy and tact.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service, retail or call center experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist members and potential members with telephone, chat and email correspondence fostering a one call resolution environment.
  • Answer general inquiry questions about members accounts.
  • Quickly identify client needs and match it to a product or service.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
