About The Position

We’re partnering with one of the top healthcare organizations in the country to hire Contact Center Representatives supporting their Supply Chain team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a highly respected healthcare system and work cross-functionally with hospitals, clinics, nurses, and supply teams. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for healthcare staff requesting critical medical supplies—playing a key part in ensuring patients receive the care they need.

Requirements

Experience working in healthcare, supply chain, inventory, or a call center environment
Familiarity with medical terminology and/or hospital supply processes is a plus
Strong data entry and computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with both clinical and non-clinical teams
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from hospital staff, clinics, RNs, and facilities requesting supplies (e.g., bandages, syringes, surgical tools, etc.)
Accurately enter and process request details into internal systems
Route calls or requests to the appropriate departments when needed
Communicate clearly and professionally with clinical and non-clinical staff
Monitor and help resolve inventory issues to ensure timely supply delivery
Use systems and reports (including Lawson or similar tools) to track inventory and identify trends
Partner with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to support supply chain operations
Maintain clean, organized records and ensure compliance with safety and operational policies
