Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
3–5 years of experience in financial services, lending, banking, credit union, or customer service.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Experience using multiple computer systems while assisting members.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service by phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
Assist members with account questions, transactions, and service requests.
Resolve concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Guide members through consumer loan applications.
Process and close loans accurately while maintaining compliance.
Make lending decisions within established authority.
Identify member needs and recommend products and services that improve financial well-being.
Build lasting relationships through trusted financial guidance.
Support the continued growth of North Star Community Credit Union.
Complete documentation and follow-up accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with teammates to deliver a seamless member experience.
