Salud is seeking a Contact Center Agent to join their team. This role is similar to a Call Center position and involves answering incoming telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and directing calls to the appropriate department or individual. The Contact Center Agent will work in a team-based care fashion, supporting patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change, while adhering to the Salud mission statement.
