About The Position

We currently have an opening for a Full-time Contact Center Agent I (Call Center). This position is responsible for answering and processing all phone and internet transactions to promote Credit Union Services and provide members with consistent, accurate and courteous service. This individual is also responsible for delivering a high level of member service on chat and text channels. Maintain high degree of knowledge relating to credit union products and services. Increase utilization of services by identifying member needs and appropriately offering products and services.

Requirements

  • Proactive and able to demonstrate consistent self-motivational/self-starter abilities
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of computers and software applications in Windows, Excel, and Word required
  • Education associated with high school diploma
  • One-year experience in a financial institution, call center or related customer service field
  • Must project a professional image
  • Must be people oriented and a team player

  • Bilingual preferred
