We currently have an opening for a Full-time Contact Center Agent I (Call Center). This position is responsible for answering and processing all phone and internet transactions to promote Credit Union Services and provide members with consistent, accurate and courteous service. This individual is also responsible for delivering a high level of member service on chat and text channels. Maintain high degree of knowledge relating to credit union products and services. Increase utilization of services by identifying member needs and appropriately offering products and services.
