Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Two years of customer service experience.
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to instruct others.
- Ability to make sound decisions and multi-task effectively.
Nice To Haves
- Associate's degree in business or related field.
- Previous HFHS clinical/customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments for specified practice groups and multiple locations.
- Perform new patient registration and update registration and insurance information.
- Respond to telephone inquiries from all callers/customers with professionalism and care.
- Follow established protocols for prescription requests and messaging.
- Advocate on behalf of callers/customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Provide efficient and effective customer relationship management, instilling loyalty and anticipating needs.
