The CSBB Analyst Program offers full-time opportunities across a variety of business units that help serve clients, drive innovation, and support strategic priorities. Analysts may be placed in business areas across CSBB, including: Premier & Branch Banking Serves as the face of Truist through its branch network, providing personalized financial advice, trusted relationships, and tailored solutions that help clients build financial confidence and achieve their goals. Small Business Banking Supports business owners through banking, lending, and advisory solutions designed to help their businesses grow and thrive. Consumer Lending Delivers lending products and solutions that help clients navigate important financial decisions and life milestones. Digital, Client Experience & Marketing (DCXM) Shapes how clients discover, access, and experience Truist through digital capabilities, experience design, client insights, and marketing. Deposits Develops the products, strategies, and experiences that help clients save, manage, and grow their money. Business Execution & Risk Organization (BERO) Drives strategic execution, business management, risk oversight, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence across CSBB. The CSBB Analyst Program is a full-time development experience designed to help early-career professionals build financial services acumen, strengthen professional skills, and contribute to meaningful business priorities across Consumer & Small Business Banking. As part of this immersive program, Analysts will dive into critical work within CSBB while participating in development experiences that build skills in leadership, strategy, analytics, project management, communication, innovation, client experience, and business execution. Bottom line? This is real work experience combined with learning, mentorship, networking, and exposure to leaders across Truist — all designed to help you build confidence, capability, and a strong foundation for a career in financial services. Throughout the program, Analysts will: Contribute to real business priorities and strategic initiatives across CSBB Build financial services acumen and deepen understanding of how Truist serves clients and communities Strengthen skills in leadership, communication, analytics, project management, and problem-solving Participate in development experiences designed to support professional growth and career readiness Connect with leaders, mentors, and peers across Truist Gain exposure to different areas of CSBB and the broader enterprise Specific responsibilities and project opportunities may vary based on business placement.
