Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, job aids, and basic loan documentation.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to learn new technology and adapt in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • associate’s degree in business or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Input and upload consumer loan transactions in accordance with established procedures, including direct and indirect loans, renewals, and modifications.
  • Process loan maintenance requests such as auto debit setup or changes and payment corrections.
  • Post loan payments received via wire, check, or ACH into the servicing system.
  • Learn and utilize bank systems and tools (e.g., LoansPQ, Nautilus, Image Centre, Signature) to complete daily responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
  • Complete Pre-booking quality reviews of all consumer loan types for onboarding.
  • Monitor and respond to questions or cases submitted by frontline banking center associates, providing guidance or routing items for further review.
  • Maintain balanced work queues and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Research and assist with resolving documentation or servicing issues using available resources and guidance.
  • Communicate issues, discrepancies, or trends to the Supervisor for review and resolution.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and internal partners to support shared department objectives.
