Critical thinking is imperative to solving issues, taking concepts and identifying the needs and turning them into operational solutions. The role requires the ability to model an attitude of collaboration and team work throughout all departments of the bank.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Excel/Word proficiency
  • Customer service experience in a high-demand environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with a team or independently
  • Skilled in ten-key operation
  • The ability to work late and/or flexible hours

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of loan servicing experience
  • Degree in a business-related field

Responsibilities

  • Answering external and internal customers' inquiries to promote customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Providing accurate and timely responses by telephone or in writing.
  • Credit verification, escrow inquiries, payment request/issues, TRID payoff requests and other general loan servicing information.
  • Daily overdraft report, Insurance Loss Claims, ordering HELOC checks, making credit corrections via e-oscar
