The Consumer Service Insurance Specialist will primarily be tasked with answering questions from consumers and reviewing insurance complaints. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail oriented and have a comprehensive knowledge of health or life insurance. Most of the consumer complaint review work is done independently with ample opportunities for collaboration with a larger team to discuss issues or policy questions as they arise. Organizational skills as well as the ability to clearly communicate compliance issues with companies are integral to the position.
