About The Position
The Office of the Missouri Attorney General has an opening in its Consumer Protection Section for a Consumer Service Operator. Primary responsibilities of this position include answering calls to the Consumer Protection Hotline involving consumer fraud and identifying ongoing scams that need immediate attention.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to conduct internet-based research
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Word
