AARP’s Policy, Research and International Affairs leads the development and communication of AARP’s public policies and, research and insights on the issues that matter to people 50-plus. The Consumer Research Insights Manager conceptualizes, develops, and conducts primary and secondary research to develop insights that shape various departmental objectives. Evaluates programs and business priorities to identify improvements and to measure outcomes. Collaborates with management to identify opportunities to streamline consumer insights processes and develop new procedures that support the business unit/department. Leads and collaborates on the development of a research agenda to address the critical questions or provide key data required to support an Association priority.
