About The Position

Turn strategy into measurable outcomes across our branch and ATM network. As the Program Implementation lead for the Physical Network, you will operationalize the 5-year roadmap, converting investment-grade business cases into sequenced, executable programs across an expanding 400-branch and ATM network in 12 states. You will run the portfolio like an enterprise product: stage gates, capital allocation discipline, change control, risk management, and value realization. In close partnership with Corporate Properties, the Design Strategist, Market Planners, ATM Distribution, Technology, Security, Legal/Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Retail leadership, you will coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of branch and ATM actions—openings, closures, relocations, modernizations—ensuring each move advances client access, associate experience, and financial performance. You will steward the capital program within approved standards, own the documentation and approvals required for regulatory notifications, and deliver timely, accurate updates for the semiannual Distribution Council, quarterly portfolio reviews, and monthly operating dashboards. You act with delegated authority to keep the plan on track, escalating early and often, removing friction for execution partners, and making sure promised benefits materialize.
