About The Position

Pricing Strategy & Planning work focuses on developing pricing strategies for a portfolio of current and future products across targeted customer/market segments including: Researching the market to understand competitive landscape •Identifying target market position by geography, market segment, customer group, etc. •Developing commercial/pricing strategy (e.g., low price or high quality) to achieve targeted market position(s)

Requirements

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Works on problems of moderate scope and assists with projects or processes while receiving general instructions from higher level professionals
  • Applies research towards the planning, design development, testing, and completion of projects
  • Impact is short-term, occasionally on medium-term goals
  • Continues building knowledge of organization and processes
  • May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices
