Requirements

2+ years of experience in analytical, financial, or business support roles.
3+ years Microsoft Excel including formulas and data analysis.
Ability to analyze data sets and identify trends.
Strong organizational and process adherence skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience supporting pricing, bids, or deal analysis in a B2B environment.
Exposure to financial modeling including margin and P&L analysis.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or pricing systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel or data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute customer-specific pricing strategies to win new business, retain customers, and improve profitability.
Prepare pricing proposals, Deal P&Ls, and commercial terms in alignment with governance guidelines.
Analyze customer requests, pricing data, and business trends to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver effective pricing solutions.
Ensure accurate implementation of pricing within systems and manage pricing workflows through completion.
Support continuous improvement through analysis, feedback on tools, and process enhancements.
