In an effort to reinforce the Consumer and Market Insights Team (CMI), we seek a “CMI Manager” to be responsible for studying the consumer influences in the retail environment that shape buying behaviors. This role involves using online and in-store research methods to examine shopper buying patterns and applying that knowledge to support product development, category management, and marketing initiatives. The position brings the consumer perspective to marketing decision making and serves as a link between global and local initiatives, facilitating the accomplishment of key objectives by providing in-depth research and clear recommendations. The CMI Manager will work with both Consumer Beauty and Prestige divisions along with the US local team and Global associates. This role requires leadership and ownership, strategic insight coupled with highly developed listening & influencing skills, along with the confidence to have an independent positioning to ensure the right decision is made. The candidate should be comfortable with independent thought and taking a fact-driven stance. This role owns the Strategy Insight & Learning Budget.
