Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- High school diploma
- 5 years of experience in consumer lending operations experience in a financial institution
- 3 years of experience in leadership
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of LOS systems and lending platforms
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal, written, and electronic formats with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to written and verbal instructions and information.
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods, depending on job duties.
- May involve repetitive motions, including keyboarding and handling office equipment.
- May require stooping, bending, squatting, or reaching occasionally.
- May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to navigate office environments, including walking between workstations, meeting rooms, and member service areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to supervisors and processing teams
- Oversee end‑to‑end loan processing operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Lead process improvements, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives
