About The Position

A Consumer Lending Representative is responsible for performing various clerical duties relating to the Consumer Lending function. Complies with operating policies and procedures established for the consumer lending operations function and communicates with appropriate personnel. This role responds to inquiries or requests for information, while maintaining appropriate records. The Consumer Lending Representative always strives for accuracy, while remaining flexible and completing all required assigned training by due date.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or high school equivalency.
• One (1) year in a customer service field.
