About The Position

We are building a centralized financing function to support a growing network of residential businesses. When a customer requires financing, our sales teams and operators will engage with you to manage the process — from application through approval and funding. This is not a customer-facing sales role. Instead, you will operate as the central point of coordination, ensuring financing moves quickly, accurately, and without friction. This role requires a high level of organization, urgency, and follow-through. Success is driven by your ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in a process-driven, detail-oriented role (finance support, lending operations, deal coordination, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail — accuracy is critical in every step
  • Ability to move quickly while maintaining consistency and quality
  • Strong communication skills with internal teams and partners
  • Problem-solving mindset — able to identify issues and keep deals moving
  • Comfortable working with financial information and documentation
  • Highly reliable with strong follow-through and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end financing process across multiple active deals
  • Work directly with sales teams and operators to gather required information
  • Submit, track, and manage financing applications with lending partners
  • Coordinate approvals, documentation, and funding timelines
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure deals progress without delays
  • Identify and resolve issues that could impact approvals or funding
  • Communicate clear, timely updates to internal stakeholders
  • Build familiarity with financing programs, lender requirements, and approval criteria
  • Help refine and improve the financing process as volume grows
