The Consumer Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the credit union’s consumer lending support functions. This role ensures efficient and compliant processing of consumer loans, including system management, title and insurance tracking, and workflow optimization. You will lead a team of Consumer Lending Processors and Specialists, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accuracy, timeliness, and member service. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting strategic lending initiatives under the direction of the VP of Consumer Lending.
