The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a CX - Social Application & Engagement Specialist in Consumer Safety & Wellbeing Division you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Creating and executing original content (images, short form videos) and responses across Filtrete Brand’s owned social media channels 3-5 times a week to generate awareness and affinity for the brand; Partnering with cross-functional team members (e.g., R&D, creative/agency partners) to develop industry-leading creative assets; Gathering, analyzing and communicating social media KPIs to stakeholders using native insights, social management and analytic tools, and adjusting plans and content to further drive audience growth and engagement; Contributing through leadership for social media and cultural trends that are relevant for the brand; present/socialize trends with division management, marketing teams and R&D; Monitoring, listening, interacting and responding to consumers, influencers, and other stakeholders posting comments or questions about air filtration and/or Filtrete ™ brand air filtration products, ensuring brand voice and quality standards are met during these interactions; and Assisting with the brand’s paid social media strategy.
