About The Position

The CEM (Consumer Engagement Marketing) program is the engine of national marketing at Monster Energy, built to put our brand's drinks in hand, our brand in consumers' heads, and our presence wherever it counts. From high-energy events and our 'pop-up' activations to in-store execution, our CEM team is at the heart of how Monster connects with the world. We generate trials, spark conversations, and build strong relationships with our consumers, partners, accounts, and communities across the country. Our team doesn't just show up; it stands out. Whether supporting a major event activation, generating leads for our sales divisions, or merchandising at our points of sale, every interaction is an opportunity to grow the Monster brand and deepen the connections that ensure its prosperity.

Requirements

Ability to remain standing for long periods
May be required to travel for events
Available to work at least one shift per week (no exceptions)
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed
Impeccable driving record (driving record required)
Valid driver's license for the province of employment
Must pass a criminal background check
Ability to drive a modified truck in urban, suburban, and highway environments
Must be at least 21 years old

Responsibilities

Actively generate Monster Energy trials through sampling
Distribute our promotional items as needed to reinforce consumer loyalty
Be responsible for our work equipment and Monster Energy assets
Be punctual and adhere to work schedules
Maintain brand image and wear the work uniform
Demonstrate professionalism, communicate exemplarily, and interact proactively with consumers
Respond quickly to requests from the CEM team lead
Perform inventory, cleaning, and organization of the warehouse
Participate in event planning, as well as the setup and dismantling of our activations
Contribute to sales with merchandising at our brand's retailers
