This job is responsible for managing the delivery and health of digital capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include supporting digital operations including translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria, analyzing key performance indicators, product risks and controls, guaranteeing quality through business acceptance testing, and ensuring successful go-to-market. Job expectations include leveraging subject matter expertise and digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business problems. This role is part of the Digital Planning & Prioritization team within the Consumer Digital Strategy organization which is responsible for a centralized and holistic approach to managing the digital roadmap for the Consumer and MDS Lines of Business. The position will work closely with Digital Strategy Leads, Line of Business, Digital Execution, and Technology partners to assure we are balancing digital demand and capacity in order to maximize business output for Consumer. Functional responsibilities will include: utilizing pipeline data to inform roadmap planning / mitigate risk, supporting initial roadmap scheduling for Consumer initiatives, and managing ongoing roadmap decisions and tradeoffs for the portfolio.
