Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in banking product operations
• 5+ years of consumer banking experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of bank laws and regulations
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Nice To Haves

• Frost Bank retail and consumer banking experience
• Branch management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Consumer Experience Analysts and execute policies and procedures in alignment with the company's strategic objectives
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to analyze the effectiveness of current product strategies and processes, and develop recommendations for improvement
• Act as the primary point of contact for line of business stakeholders to assign product work deliverables to other team members
• Ensure that internal controls are in place and compliance requirements are met
• Stay informed of industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations
