The Consumer Banker will work with existing FFB clients and prospect for new FFB clients to deepen client relationships by both booking business directly and by referring, as appropriate, to internal business partners such as Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banker Commercial, and Treasury Management. The role involves performing necessary functions to open accounts and perform maintenance, potentially running a Teller drawer, and supporting client engagement through active calling, client conversations, and follow-up. Daily activities align with The First Financial Bank Experience (FFB Experience), including partnering with internal constituencies, ensuring client follow-up calls are conducted in a timely manner, and maintaining operational and risk management standards. Other duties may be assigned to assist clients with transactions via branch, drive-thru, phone, and email. The Consumer Banker is responsible for modeling First Financial's Mission and Values, adhering to all compliance and regulatory procedures, and functioning as a trusted advisor by adding value and building deep client relationships using the First Client Conversation Model. Participation and leadership in the First Financial Bank Experience through site center huddles and meetings to support sales and service activities are expected. Consistently meeting or exceeding sales, service, and referral goals through team collaboration and assisting clients with their financial needs is key. Providing digital assistance and service for clients utilizing the bank's online offerings and staying informed about all bank products, processes, and procedures are also essential.
