About The Position
The Office of the Missouri Attorney General has an opening in its Consumer Protection Unit for a Consumer Advocate. Responsibilities include mediating complaints and identifying those that may need further investigation.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize effectively
- Ability to handle multiple projects while managing a large caseload
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to analyze and interpret voluminous information quickly and accurately
- Ability to meet with the public
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to conduct internet-based research
- Ability to use computer programs such as Word
