About The Position

This is an hourly, Part Time position serving youth and families throughout Osceola. The applicant must be dependable, committed, and able to serve as a positive role model for youth in the community, school, and home settings. All service plans will be based on a strength-based approach using the wrap around model. This position offers flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, mileage and activity reimbursement.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage is required.
• Willingness to travel within local county and community to homes and school and transport in personal vehicle.
• Ability to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours based on school and family schedules.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) is a plus.
• Bilingual/Spanish Speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, organize, plan, develop and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participant and their families.
