Requirements

  • Proven experience as a SAP SD Pleno Consultant.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Solid knowledge of sales and distribution processes, including sales orders, shipments, billing, returns, and contracts.
  • Experience with SAP SD module parameterization.
  • Knowledge in pricing strategies (Pricing), price determination, and commercial conditions.
  • Knowledge in SD-MM, SD-FI, and SD-CO integrations.
  • Experience in AMS (Application Management Services), SAP support, or maintenance.
  • Experience in analysis and resolution of incidents, improvements, and handling of evolutionary demands.
  • Knowledge of Brazil localization.
  • Knowledge in electronic invoicing processes.
  • Knowledge in SAP GRC NFe and/or SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance).
  • Experience with SAP Fiori related to commercial processes.
  • Functional analysis capacity and understanding of commercial, logistical, and fiscal processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in implementation, rollout, conversion, or migration projects to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge in Business Partner (BP).
  • Knowledge in Credit Management.
  • Experience with WM/EWM integration.
  • Knowledge in Output Management in S/4HANA.
  • SAP SD Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Act in the support and evolution of SAP SD processes in an SAP S/4HANA environment, including sales, billing, shipping, deliveries, returns, contracts, and pricing.
  • Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents, problems, and improvement demands in the SAP environment.
  • Ensure the correct integration of SD with other SAP modules (MM, FI, CO, WM/EWM and other integrated processes).
  • Support parameterization, functional adjustments, and continuous improvement of commercial processes.
  • Interact with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, validate, and implement solutions.
  • Participate in alignment meetings, functional analyses, and occasional visits for critical demands or workshops.
  • Prepare functional specifications for developments and monitor unit, integrated, and homologation tests.
  • Support processes related to pricing, electronic invoicing, credit, and fiscal integration.
  • Act in impact analysis and support for SAP S/4HANA environment evolutions.
