Requirements

At least 4 years of total combined completed higher education and related work experience including: At least 1 year of project/program management work experience
At least 4 years of completed higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

Responsibilities

Lead project delivery and provide strategic consulting oversight for one or more projects, partnering with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes.
Accountable for the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, schedules, and estimates.
Provide analytical, operational, and advisory guidance to project teams to ensure successful execution and high client satisfaction.
Review and approve project deliverables and team outputs to ensure alignment with scope, quality, compliance, and productivity expectations.
Implement additional processes, governance, or reviews as needed to address systemic or recurring issues.
Identify, assess, and report on project risks, and lead risk avoidance and mitigation strategies to minimize project impact, escalating to the task order owner as appropriate.
Lead internal and external project meetings, presenting updates on progress against critical paths and milestones, key operational and financial measures, and overall risk posture.
Engage and manage third-party resources as needed to support project objectives and ensure delivery commitments are met.

Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
