This is a client-facing advisory and transformation consulting role, not a traditional delivery/program management position. The focus is on helping insurance carriers define strategy, transform operations, and modernize technology platforms. Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
• Experience working with Tier-1 insurance carriers
• Strong exposure to Underwriting
• Strong exposure to Claims
• Strong exposure to Policy Administration
• Strong exposure to Risk Management
• Strong exposure to Distribution Operations
• Advisory & Consulting Skills
• Insurance transformation consulting
• Project & Program Management
• Agile/Scrum experience preferred

• Experience with insurance platforms such as: Guidewire
• Experience with insurance platforms such as: Duck Creek
