This is a client-facing advisory and transformation consulting role, not a traditional delivery/program management position. The focus is on helping insurance carriers define strategy, transform operations, and modernize technology platforms.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
• Experience working with Tier-1 insurance carriers
• Strong exposure to Underwriting
• Strong exposure to Claims
• Strong exposure to Policy Administration
• Strong exposure to Risk Management
• Strong exposure to Distribution Operations
• Insurance transformation consulting
• Business analysis and process optimization
• Operating model design
• Technology strategy and roadmap development
• Senior stakeholder management
• Workshop facilitation and design thinking sessions
• Agile/Scrum experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire
• Experience with insurance platforms such as Duck Creek
• Experience with insurance platforms such as Majesco
• Knowledge of Policy Administration Systems
• Knowledge of Billing Platforms
• Knowledge of Distribution Management Systems
• Knowledge of Insurance technology modernization programs
