We are actively hiring across the following functions: Quantitative Developer / Quant Researcher — Build pricing, risk, and trading models; low-latency systems; research alpha. Blockchain / Web3 Security Engineer — Audit smart contracts, secure protocols, and assess DeFi/Web3 risk. Mainframe Modernization Architect — Lead migration and transformation of legacy mainframe systems. IT Audit Manager / Director (Financial Services) — Own IT audit programs, SOX/regulatory compliance, and control testing. Cybersecurity Compliance Lead (FedRAMP / SOC 2 / ISO) — Drive certification, audit readiness, and control frameworks.

Requirements

Quantitative development, research, or trading systems
Blockchain / smart contract / Web3 security
Mainframe systems (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2) and modernization
IT audit, SOX, internal controls, or financial services compliance
Security compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI)
Experience in Investment banks, hedge funds, prop trading, or fintech
Experience in Web3 protocols, crypto exchanges, or security auditing firms
Experience in Enterprise IT, consulting, or systems integration
Experience in Big 4 / audit firms, regulators, or financial institutions
Experience in Government, defense, or regulated-industry environments
Mid to senior candidates
Entry-level candidates with strong fundamentals, relevant certifications, or domain coursework

Responsibilities

Apply deep domain expertise to high-stakes technical and compliance problems
Design, build, audit, or modernize critical systems and frameworks
Partner with engineering, risk, legal, and business stakeholders
Lead engagements, programs, or teams (depending on level)
Translate regulatory and business requirements into technical execution
Serve as a subject-matter expert internally and with clients/regulators/auditors
Own outcomes where the margin for error is thin and the impact is high
