Position Profile A Consulting Director will work closely with executive leadership and business leaders to shape and deliver initiatives, and will be responsible for ensuring that initiatives are aligned with the practice group and Firm’s overall strategy. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems, or other relevant field with 8+ years of experience in progressive business transformation, technology enablement, and/or digital innovation leadership. The ideal candidate will be an industry thought leader, and influencer of all things transformation and automation and has relevant knowledge of industry trends on automation technologies. This position is also responsible for acting as the client contact for basic questions and information. This position is responsible for maintaining client relationships, providing client support, and overseeing assigned associates and senior associates. To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or other relevant field. 8+ years in progressive business transformation, technology enablement, and/or digital innovation leadership. Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, presentation and negotiation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; able to foster the development of high-performance teams; capable of building strong professional relationships with ability to influence all levels across the organization. Must be able to set and execute strategic initiatives for team; creative thinker with ability to identify innovative business solutions; ability to develop strategic organization and resource plans, defining next generation business and leadership needs; ensure team members have skills and tools to perform their jobs, acting as point of escalation to senior leadership Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills. Technical knowledge sufficient to closely work with technology partners to design and implement software solutions and deploy process automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data/predictive analytics. Experience driving large projects and managing a talented team comprised of varying levels of experience. Experience in Agile concepts, tools, and methodology to deliver projects and proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines Compensation and Benefits: At Weaver, our most valuable resources is our people. We take the time to evaluate our employees' wants and needs and invest our resources accordingly. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $155,000 to $265,000. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
