About The Position

Clearsulting is seeking a Consulting Director, Source to Pay to provide executive leadership across complex procurement, supply chain, and financial operations transformations. This role involves guiding clients from strategic vision through execution and measurable value realization. The Director will oversee multiple concurrent client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence in areas such as assessments, operating model redesign, technology enablement, vendor selection, process optimization, and large-scale finance and accounting transformations. Additionally, the role includes leading, developing, and scaling high-performing consulting teams, serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives, driving business growth through identifying new opportunities and shaping pursuit strategies, and providing leadership on procurement and financial operations with insights on market trends and digital solutions. The Director will also strengthen internal capabilities by optimizing delivery frameworks and operational processes.

Requirements

Deep domain knowledge across procurement and supply chain processes, including catalog management, requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, OCR, invoice processing, and payment operations.
Broad understanding of Source‑to‑Pay platforms, including key capabilities, business value drivers, and comparative strengths of leading market solutions.
Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams, with 5+ years overseeing consultants or managers.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, ambiguous, and high‑visibility initiatives, navigating evolving client needs and organizational dynamics.
Extensive program and project leadership skills, including workplan design, milestone management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and change management.
Exceptional executive communication skills, capable of distilling complex concepts into clear, concise narratives tailored to senior audiences.
Executive presence and strong leadership acumen, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.

Strengthen internal capabilities, optimizing delivery frameworks, knowledge assets, and operational processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and team productivity.
