About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Consulting Delivery Coordinator. In this role, you will work with the Consulting Administrative Manager to monitor, staff, and mitigate risks on our Needs Analysis, Software Selection, Implementation, Data Migration, and Optimization projects by using our project management software systems such as Box, Smartsheet, Evernote, and Kantata.

Requirements

  • College degree in Business with a concentration in Management, Leadership, Project Management, or something similar.
  • Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Produces excellent, readable documents showing a great command of formatting, fonts, graphics, tables, spreadsheet presentation.
  • Move, think, and act fast - document prep, speaking, typing, using software applications, responding to clients, and internal staff.
  • Work from Lakewood, CO, and home office (hybrid if desired, can be fully in-person).
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Office Certification Preferred.
  • Previous experience with Mac OS preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Set up new projects across our software ecosystem.
  • Maintain project tracker for all current projects.
  • Document action items and track through to completion.
  • Review project budgets weekly and identify projects with low budget.
  • Help identify projects that require a Change Order to be drafted and track from identification to full agreement with the client.
  • Maintain and update project tools and templates.
  • Review and approve billable resources’ timesheets on a weekly basis to be processed for invoicing.
  • Prepare and run weekly reports on Consulting Division production and delivery.
  • Prepare business case for resourcing demands.
  • Support onboarding process for new Consulting hires.
  • Attend internal meetings and take thorough notes.
  • Support Consulting Administrative Manager in identifying and updating training materials for the Consulting Division.
  • Track and update weekly and monthly statistics.
  • Provide reports to Marketing for Vendor Conferences and key Marketing updates.
  • Assist as necessary with client deliverable preparation.
  • Review client-facing deliverables for grammatical, spelling, and formatting edits.
  • Create additional reports as directed by the Consulting Administrative Manager.
  • Complete additional project tasks as directed by the Consulting Administrative Manager.
  • Provide for real-time reporting by: Entering project hours into Project Management software and maintain through the life of each project. Update each resources’ weekly planned Hours. Maintain Consultant profiles including Billable hours targets.
  • Manage Project Closeout process by: Archiving project artifacts. Filing key project materials. Gathering Lessons Learned from the project team. Updating Tools with information learned on the project.
