As a Consulting Associate, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Compliance, you’ll play a key role in helping clients meet regulatory requirements, reduce risk, and advance their sustainability goals—all while protecting people and the planet. Support large industrial and global clients in multiple sectors. Contribute to projects that ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline. Or equivalent experience.
0–2 years of EHS experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus analytical and organizational abilities.
Ability to balance multiple tasks, work independently and as a team member, and travel locally up to 60% of the time.
Valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle.

Nice To Haves

Certifications such as ASP, EIT, CHMM, OSHA30 or similar.
Familiarity with EHS compliance programs and/or management systems.
Strong interest in developing technical and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with a variety of EHS regulatory compliance and risk management projects.
Prepare plans, permits, and reports for hazardous waste, air quality, stormwater, and wastewater programs.
Conduct EHS compliance assessments and implement corrective actions to meet federal, state, and local regulations.
Support development of EHS compliance and management system programs.
Provide on-site EHS compliance support to clients as needed.
Conduct environmental fieldwork and audits, including sampling and ecological studies.
Carry out inspections, incident investigations, safety observations, job safety analyses, and risk assessments based on OSHA requirements.
Support multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring quality deliverables.
Collaborate with ERM Partners-in-Charge and Project Managers to deliver exceptional client service.
