About The Position

The Consulting Associate (Critical Infrastructure) supports our clients with stakeholder engagement, governance support, project management, operational, and executive support. The position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a favorable DHS Fitness Determination. Arc Aspicio is currently working in a hybrid work environment where work will be performed at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely. All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at the time of employment.

Requirements

4 to 5 years of relevant experience or comparable experience in a relevant role
Ability to work independently to drive progress across workstreams
Strong proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable DHS Fitness Determination and access to required unclassified Government information and facilities
Proven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills
Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
Ability to work in the Washington, DC metro area and travel to different locations
Clearance: U.S. Citizenship only (no dual citizenship). Currently holds a Public Trust level clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain a position of trust/Federal security clearance

Responsibilities

Engage with a wide array of stakeholders across the public and private sectors, maintain professional communications across councils and coordination bodies
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data, decisions, business process improvements, and other reports as necessary, creating structure analytical products that provide clear insights
Support strategic planning efforts, conducting research and current state assessments, develop after-action reports, in compliance with federal frameworks and policies
Support the full performance measure lifecycle, developing performance measures, targets, collecting data, analyzing it, and identifying gaps and trends
Take on new responsibilities and learn the mission/business while maintaining an excellent attention to detail, finding ways to exceed client expectations
Contribute to company service areas beyond just the project to build new skills and help the company grow by developing our capabilities and selling new business
Contribute to our company culture, which promotes collaboration, learning, and helping others to grow and develop
Apply excellent consulting, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
