About The Position

The Business Analyst (Critical Infrastructure) supports our clients with stakeholder engagement, governance support, project management, operational, and executive support. The position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a favorable DHS Fitness Determination. Arc Aspicio is currently working in a hybrid work environment where work will be performed at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely. All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at the time of employment.

Requirements

Ability to capture and translate client needs into actionable tasks
Ability to prepare accurate notes, summaries, trackers, and professionally formatted documents for leadership review
Strong proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable DHS Fitness Determination and access to required unclassified Government information and facilities
Proven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills
Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
Ability to work in the Washington, DC metro area and travel to different locations
Clearance: U.S. Citizenship only (no dual citizenship). Currently holds a Public Trust level clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain a position of trust/Federal security clearance

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain governance artifacts, including charters, membership structures, process flowcharts, action trackers, decision logs, and track progress against milestones
Coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders to gather and analyze input, and deliver insights and findings
Put together agendas, briefing materials, pre-reads, and logistics materials for large virtual and in-person meetings
Maintain records, take notes and deliver polished meeting summaries, and maintain logs and libraries in the appropriate format
Take on new responsibilities and learn the mission/business while maintaining an excellent attention to detail, finding ways to exceed client expectations
Contribute to company service areas beyond just the project to build new skills and help the company grow by developing our capabilities and selling new business
Collaborate with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service, and achieving mission results
Apply excellent consulting, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
