About The Position
The Consulting Analyst operates as a key IT resource at MultiCare, providing implementation, optimizations and solutions support. In this dynamic position, you will assist with IT activities, second-level support to resolve incidents and participate in new installs and upgrades to ensure excellent and efficient operations.
Requirements
- BA/BS in computer science/information technology, healthcare administration, or related field required; Applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Epic Application Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency in at least two applications preferred
- Epic Proficiency with Certification level scores in at least 2 applications within first 3 months in role
- Minimum four (4) years of professional experience in the information services and/or health care industries preferred
- Microsoft Office Proficiency
Responsibilities
- Lead groups of various initiatives linked to the application and/or process improvements
- Provide incident/issue support through data gathering
- Troubleshoot and resolve vendor-level complexity Tier 2 application-specific issue build/fixes
- Complete the most complex applications build/fixe
- Apply advanced knowledge in at least two Epic modules
