Requirements

5+ years of experience in automotive dealership consulting or related fields
Adaptability and client service orientation
Strong interpersonal skills and sense of pedagogy
Deep understanding of the sales process and dealership operations
Ability to transfer knowledge and develop strategies

Responsibilities

Establish tailored action plans for retailers based on their needs and objectives
Conduct dealer visits and maintain strong relationships with dealership stakeholders
Provide individual training to Financial Service Managers using the PACT/Lean method
Promote and support the integration of Unifi 2.0 and other corporate tools
Perform administrative tasks and contribute to internal collaboration and compliance
