Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive dealership consulting or related fields
  • Adaptability and client service orientation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sense of pedagogy
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and dealership operations
  • Ability to transfer knowledge and develop strategies

Responsibilities

  • Establish tailored action plans for retailers based on their needs and objectives
  • Conduct dealer visits and maintain strong relationships with dealership stakeholders
  • Provide individual training to Financial Service Managers using the PACT/Lean method
  • Promote and support the integration of Unifi 2.0 and other corporate tools
  • Perform administrative tasks and contribute to internal collaboration and compliance
