Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field of study.
  • Five (5) years of experience in any occupation with Information Technology (IT) experience, or related.
  • Five (5) years of required Information Technology (IT), or related experience must include: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Cloud: Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud; Development such as: Apex Programming, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript; Platform and Configuration such as: Security Administration, Declarative development; Integration and API such as: REST and SOAP APIs; Middleware such as: SAP HANA, Informatica; Version Control System such as: GitHub; Project Management tool JIRA; Release Management tool Copado.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development and customization of Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Architect and implement complex business solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers.
  • Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for potential adoption.
  • Deliver fully tested software, reviewed code and designs and ensure all solutions adhere to standards.
  • Provide support for existing business systems by maintaining and enhancing existing Salesforce applications, addressing and solving complex customer service tickets, and advise and work with user departments to resolve specific or complex problems.
  • May be assigned to and provide products/support to specific industry groups such as Retail & Logistics, Automotive, Banking and Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, and Information Technology.
