About The Position

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consultant in Dallas, Texas, within Package and Technology Enablement | Package Functional Transformation. The role performs software development and implementation services using SAP products to address business needs across manufacturing, finance, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other areas. The Consultant gathers business requirements, analyzes current systems, documents requirements, and creates technical and functional specifications. The role translates SAP requirements into functional designs, designs and configures SAP business modules, tests and supports technical objects such as modules and reports, and builds and monitors interfaces that integrate SAP modules with third-party systems. National travel of 50% is required, and telecommuting is permitted.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• At least 1 year of related work experience utilizing SAP Activate methodology and SAP Sales and Service Cloud (C4C) v1 and v2 configuration and integration tools.
• At least 1 year of related work experience designing, configuring, testing, and supporting SAP C4C v1 and v2 functionalities and custom enhancements.
• At least 1 year of related work experience building, configuring, and monitoring interfaces integrating SAP C4C v1 and v2, SAP CPI, and standard APIs with third-party systems.
• At least 1 year of related work experience creating screen mockups and UI storyboards and conducting design-finalization sessions using SAP C4C v1 and v2 UI configuration capabilities and SAP Build Apps, including Low-Code/No-Code.
• At least 1 year of related work experience developing technical mapping documents and reports for source-system data and data stores using SAP C4C v1 and v2 data migration tools and SAP CPI.
• At least 1 year of related work experience defining systems strategy and requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing solutions using SAP C4C v1 and v2 and SAP Activate methodology.
• At least 1 year of related work experience developing post-implementation go-live support environments, transitioning work from project teams to support teams, and supporting and maintaining client applications and technology infrastructure using SAP C4C v1 and v2.
• At least 1 year of related work experience implementing SAP C4C v1 and v2 across preparation, blue printing, realization, go-live, and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Perform software development and implementation services using SAP products to address business needs.
• Gather SAP project requirements from the business, analyze current-state systems, document requirements, and create technical and functional specifications.
• Translate SAP system requirements into functional designs using object-oriented analysis and design techniques, and finalize system designs.
• Design, configure, test, and support SAP business modules and technical objects, including modules and reports.
• Build, configure, and monitor interfaces integrating SAP business modules with third-party systems.
• Use SAP Activate methodology and SAP Sales and Service Cloud (C4C) versions 1 and 2 configuration and integration tools to provide software development and implementation services.
• Design, configure, test, and support SAP C4C v1 and v2 functionalities and custom enhancements.
• Build, configure, and monitor interfaces integrating SAP C4C v1 and v2, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and standard APIs with third-party systems.
• Create screen mockups and UI storyboards and conduct sessions to finalize system design using SAP C4C v1 and v2 UI configuration capabilities and SAP Build Apps, including Low-Code/No-Code.
• Develop technical mapping documents and reports to conform source-system data and data stores using SAP C4C v1 and v2 data migration tools and SAP CPI.
• Define systems strategy and requirements; design and prototype; test and train; define support procedures; and implement practical business solutions using SAP C4C v1 and v2 and SAP Activate methodology.
• Develop post-implementation go-live support environments, construct transition plans from project teams to support teams, and support and maintain client applications and technology infrastructure using SAP C4C v1 and v2.
• Implement SAP C4C v1 and v2 throughout project phases, including preparation, blue printing, realization, go-live, and post-go-live support.
