About The Position
BackOffice Associates, LLC d/b/a Syniti has multiple openings for the position of Consultant. This role involves delivering technology and business solutions to clients across various industries, including Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Utilities. The consultant will analyze client business processes and system requirements, design appropriate solutions using industry best practices, and configure technology solutions to meet specific client needs. Key activities include conducting detailed requirements analysis, performing data analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities, creating analytical reports, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications. The role also involves supporting system setup, testing, and validation, collaborating with technical and functional teams, and resolving configuration issues. Consultants work closely with other team members on customer sites as part of project teams. This position is 100% remote and can be performed from any home office in the United States. The role reports to the office in Omaha, NE and requires 10% domestic travel to various locations for client meetings, kick-offs, and project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related analytical or technical field.
- 3 years of experience in data migration, data governance, or related data focused roles.
- Demonstrated experience participating as a team member on consulting or technology implementation projects.
- Experience participating in at least one full ERP implementation lifecycle.
- Experience using Microsoft SQL Server, including writing SQL queries, understanding table structures and working with relational database concepts.
- Experience performing data quality analysis.
- Experience conducting statistical analysis using defined methodologies or tools.
- Experience mining and analyzing transactional electronic data.
- Experience performing requirements analysis.
- Experience performing data analysis for business or technology projects.
- Experience creating data or analytic reports using structured datasets.
- Experience supporting the customization or configuration of technology solutions.

- Assist in the customization and configuration of technology solutions.
- Support system setup, testing, and validation activities.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams during implementation phases.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of configured solution components.
- Resolve configuration issues identified during testing and client review.
- Work closely with other consultants on customer sites as part of small to large project teams.
