Requirements

5–8 years of hands-on experience in Application Support/Maintenance within the Engineering domain.
In-depth expertise with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and engineering/production support applications.
Proven troubleshooting skills across software and hybrid cloud environments.
Experience managing high-severity incidents and driving RCA.
Strong command of ITIL processes and documentation.
Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Autodesk and Bentley Applications.
Basic understanding of SQL and CAD Applications.
Experience with HQMS and Clarity platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide expert-level application maintenance and support (AMS) for engineering software, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Manage and resolve Severity 1 and Severity 2 incidents, driving root cause analysis (RCA) and rapid service restoration.
Implement and uphold ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
Troubleshoot issues across applications, databases, and hybrid cloud environments.
Deliver clear, effective communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Track and report issues using modern support tools, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs, demonstrating advanced execution capabilities.
